Key Responsibilities:
Manage communications, including organizing email inboxes and scheduling appointments
Handle bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for meetings
Maintain office reports and perform data entry tasks
Oversee real estate management duties
Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities
Update and manage spreadsheets to support business operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance licensing is a plus, but not required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
