Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing or communication is preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in social media operations, especially in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  3. Familiar with the operation mode of social media platform, influencer operation and its advertising promotion function;
  4. Possess cross-cultural communication skills and mature team management experience.
  5. Possess keen market insights and strategic planning abilities, able to quickly adjust social media operation plans according to different market environments.
  6. Good Data Analysis skills, able to make decisions driven by data.
  7. Fluent English written and oral expression ability, proficiency in other foreign languages (Mandarin) is preferred. 1. Social media strategy formulation and execution:
  • Develop and implement social media operation strategies and overall plans for overseas markets based on the company's brand positioning and global development strategy.
  • Develop annual and quarterly social media operation plans, including content planning, event design, advertising strategies, etc., to ensure the consistency of brand tone and the gradual expansion of global influence.
  • Pay close attention to social media trends in the target market and develop localization content strategies based on market characteristics.
2. Content Creativity and Communication Planning:
  • Lead the creative team to plan and produce multimedia content with brand recognition, ensuring that the published content conforms to the brand tone, is creative, and attracts Target Users.
  • Supervise the implementation of social media activities and brand communication projects to ensure consistency of implementation goals.
  • Oversee the daily operation of major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.), improve customer engagement through high-quality content and interaction, and increase the number of fans;
3. Data Analysis and Decision Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze the operational effectiveness of major overseas social media platforms, and regularly report on social media performance (such as fan growth, customer engagement, conversion rate, etc.).
  • By optimizing content and promotion strategies through data feedback, ensure that the operational plan can effectively improve the brand's exposure and sales conversion rate in the target market.
  • Identify industry trends, competitor dynamics, and emerging social platforms, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
  • Responsible for budget planning and management of social media operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Do a good job in project management for external suppliers or agencies, promote social media advertising placement, event planning, and technical support to ensure the maximization of brand communication effects.
  • Do a good job in the normalized management of brand experts or artist resources to ensure the maximization of brand equity
- Team management and XFN collaboration:
  • Manage domestic and overseas social media teams, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure efficient team operation.
  • Work closely with relevant departments such as planning, design, marketing, public relations, and membership operations to ensure that social media strategies are consistent with overall brand marketing strategies.
