Job Description

Class A drivers with at least 3 months verifiable Class A experience (can be local, regional, or OTR) be one of the first drivers on new account running dedicated the Southeast and home weekly with average pay of $70K.

Drivers will make deliveries in OK, TX, TN, AR, MS, and LA. Drivers can take the truck home with them during home time.

Full benefits after 60 days including medical, 401K, and PTO.

This is 100% touch freight. All trainers are preloaded. Drivers will place boxes on the conveyor belt that goes into the store. Drivers do not go into the store to do inventory or merchandising. Getting the product on the conveyor is your only responsibility in the unloading process.

Drivers are home weekly and home time is determined by seniority so be one of the first drivers on the account.

Currently ONLY HIRING in the following areas:

• Within 50 miles of West Memphis AR
• Within 50 miles of Little Rock AR
• Within 50 Miles of Jackson MS

Pay is as follows:

CPM of $.50-$.605 based on experience

This is 100% touch and drivers are paid $150/Trailer unload with average of 3 trailers per week

Drivers will average around $1350/WK but the top performers and those with more experience earn more.

Requirements:

• At least 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience (NOT COUNTING SCHOOL OR TRAINING) in the last year or 2 years in the last five years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year and no more than 3 in the last 3 years. NO MAJOR MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS
• DOT Preventable accidents that have caused an injury are an auto DQ for 3 years; however, if vehicles were only towed, they will be reviewed but can only have one in a year along with 3 incidents.

Every failed DOT Drug or alcohol test makes you permanently ineligible.
