Job Description

We are seeking a competent Clerical Administrative Assistant to support our office's daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proficient in communication, and comfortable with routine tasks. The Clerical Administrative Assistant will ensure efficient office operations by performing various clerical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Office Support: Provide general support to visitors, answer phones, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic records.
Correspondence: Draft, edit, and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms as needed.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary.
Assistance to Management: Assist executives and managers with tasks as requested, including preparing reports and presentations.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Skills:
Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
