Job Description
Are you a dedicated therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, teens, and adults? Join our expanding group practice and become part of a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team!
Why Join Us?
Unmatched Flexibility: We understand the importance of work-life balance. Enjoy the freedom to build your caseload at your own pace, set your own hours, and choose the populations you're passionate about serving. With the option to work from home, you'll have a schedule that fits around your lifestyle and family commitments.
Focus on What You Love: Say goodbye to administrative hassles! We take care of the logistics, including referrals, scheduling, reminder calls, marketing, and billing. This allows you to dedicate your time and energy to your clients and their well-being, with full support from our team.
Collaborative Team Environment: Be a part of a clinic that values teamwork. Work alongside experienced clinicians, neuropsychologists, and psychiatrists in an integrated care setting. Share insights, gain new perspectives, and enhance your clinical practice in a positive, thriving environment.
Career Growth Opportunities: We're committed to your professional development. Take advantage of cutting-edge training, participate in enriching case conferences, and stay updated on the latest research in child and family therapy.
Make a Lasting Impact: Beyond therapy sessions, you will play a crucial role in helping children and families overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and achieve long-term well-being. Your contributions will be valued and celebrated in an environment dedicated to making a difference.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
Licensure: Must be licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC).
Passion: A genuine commitment to working with children, adolescents, and families.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with Janeapp EHR is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Attractive pay rate based on your license and weekly caseload (fee-for-service).
Benefits Package: Paid Time Off, Referral Program, Performance Bonuses, and a Health Reimbursement Plan.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home with a schedule that accommodates your personal life.
Comprehensive Support: Focus on what you do best—clinical work—while we handle the administrative side of things.
Collaborative Community: Join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians that includes nurse practitioners, social workers, and counselors. Take advantage of easy in-house referrals for testing, pharmacotherapy, and psychotherapy.
Professional Development: Receive support for your ongoing education, including access to training and resources.
Supervision Support: For LMSW and LGPC therapists, we offer free individual and group supervision, with up to four clinical supervision hours per month for full-time employees.
New Clinician Support: Whether you're just starting your career or already have an existing caseload, we'll support you as you grow your practice.
