Our client, an IT consulting firm, are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join the team remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting military personnel and their families with healthcare.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and professional responses to healthcare inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through phone, chat, email or other written communication channels.
Take ownership of customer concerns, using sound judgment and available resources to achieve first-contact resolution.
Meet productivity and performance expectations, including schedule adherence and reliable attendance.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Engage in ongoing training to maintain proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skillset
High school diploma with at least two years of customer service experience.
Preferred experience in a contact center, particularly in chat messaging, TRICARE customer service or military-related support.
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple screens or web browsers simultaneously.
Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Flexible availability to accommodate various work schedules.
Dedicated, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Proficient in data entry, typing, and documentation.
Familiarity with medical terminology, release of medical information and legal ethics is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
