What You Will Work On
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to decision-makers. In this role you will:
Analyze trends and patterns in large, complex datasets to uncover influences and opportunities
Construct forecasts, strategic and tactical recommendations based on business data and market knowledge
Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and available data
Lead cross-functional teams to address critical business issues using data
Produce datasets and visualizations using SQL, reporting tools, and data mining techniques
Accomplish key analytics goals across functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable data solutions
Translate complex systems into understandable language
Validate KPIs and build queries to measure performance
Identify causes of data issues and improve data quality
Automate processes through efficient workflows
Design innovative solutions to support decisions
Follow best practices in analysis, reporting and documentation
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of relevant data analytics experience
Expertise as a business/process leader or industry expert
