Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join a supportive and collaborative team. This fully remote role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong typing and organizational skills to contribute to a critical migration project. What You'll Do
Assist with entry-level application administration tasks as part of a migration project.
Accurately create and manage organizational and user profiles in a new system.
Support divisions by working assigned shifts to meet team needs.
Collaborate with team members and end users to ensure a seamless transition to a new platform.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately type and input data into systems (minimum typing speed of 40 wpm).
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data management.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
Provide excellent customer service to support end users during the migration.
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing with a speed of 40+ words per minute.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Communication: Strong command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Customer Service: Experience in a helpdesk or support role is advantageous.
Reliability: A strong internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Shifts Available
To accommodate the needs of our divisions, shift options include:

8 AM - 5 PM EST
9 AM - 6 PM EST
10 AM - 7 PM EST
11 AM - 8 PM EST
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level experience with application administration or customer service preferred.
