The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a practice attorney to support the Immigration Section of their International Trade Practice. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in business immigration. Interested candidates should have experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H, L, E TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; immigrant visa petitions; adjustment of status; and consular processing. Experience developing immigration strategies, programs and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce is preferred. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
