Minimum requirements:

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English
• MBO/HBO education in Electrical Engineering
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Electrical work experience in the field of building-related installations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, StabiCad and Revit
• Must be able to work according to the BIM methodologies or you are willing to learn this

Duties will include:

• Design and calculation of complex electrical installations
• Supervise and devise the design of the installation and manage the modelers
• Supervise calculations and designs for building-related electrical installations of various projects
• The projects relate to medium and low voltage, lighting, fire protection, detection systems and communication networks
• Responsible for providing the necessary calculations, principle diagrams and are at the basis of the installation design
• Lead one or more project teams. The projects are almost always multidisciplinary
• Coming up with an integral design together with architects and constructors
• Supervise the technical descriptions and cost estimates
• Responsible for quality and any changes to the design
• Advising the client and chain partners

Remuneration:

€ 4 500 - € 5 500, based on knowledge and experience + 8% holiday pay on gross annual salary
