We work with some of the largest clientele base which did not happen overnight. It took our Sales & Marketing team with all of their innovative and inclusive ideas to help us exceed all expectations. That is why we are currently seeking to expand our Marketing and Sales team by hiring a Junior Marketing and Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in the dynamic and fast-paced world of marketing and sales. As an integral part of our team, you will gain valuable experience while supporting our marketing and sales departments.

Marketing and Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Apply market research and customer leads to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate marketing and sales outreach to potential customers and guide through the full sales cycle
Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM management.
Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.

Position Requirements:

Strong passion for marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous marketing or sales experience (internships or part-time roles) is a plus.
