Job Description

We're a leading provider of engineering services and solutions for cutting-edge radar systems. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of complex government and commercial projects.

In this role, you will:

Direct all phases of program execution, from inception to completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.
Drive continuous improvement within our project management processes.
What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, ideally within the government contracting or engineering services industry.
Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with government contracts, including FAR and DFAR requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points if you have:

PMP Certification
Experience with radar or other sensor technologies.
An active Secret Clearance.
Experience with ProfitKey ERP System.
