Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Cruise and Hotel Reservationist. If you have a passion for travel, outstanding communication skills, and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable trips, we’d love to have you on board! No prior experience is necessary – we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

 
  • Handle reservations for cruises and hotels, including managing inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
  • Assist clients through phone, email, and online platforms, answering questions, processing changes, and handling cancellations
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on destinations, packages, and travel services to help clients make the best choices
  • Collect payment information, process transactions, and issue booking confirmations, invoices, or receipts
  • Stay updated on travel deals, promotions, and industry trends to offer clients top-notch recommendations
