Role Overview: You will be the orchestrator of an exceptional dining experience. Your primary focus will be on guest interaction and relations, leveraging your expertise to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to at the highest level. In addition to this, you'll play a pivotal role in staff training, development, and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and unwavering dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Cultivate an environment of warmth, hospitality, and professionalism, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and guide staff in service excellence, product knowledge, and best practices, continuously elevating their skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a harmonious synchronization between kitchen and service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, uphold cost control measures, and contribute to budgeting and financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant management, showcasing a track record of successful guest relations and staff leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing unparalleled service.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
