Your Role as Sales Manager:

• Inspire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Implement strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Drive team performance through effective training, development, coaching, and cheer-leading.
• Collaborate with leadership to create marketing and sales strategies that boost revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring seamless processes, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Direct, individual sales as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in sales or sales management , ideally within auto, marine, motorcycles, power sports, or RVs.
• Strong closing and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ethical, ambitious, and coachable with a positive, can-do attitude.
