Project Management and Coordination Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, construction team, suppliers and other parties to ensure accurate delivery of project information and timely resolution of problems. Team Building and Leadership Set up and manage the interior design team, conduct training and guidance for team members, and improve the overall design capability of the team. Participate in the development and improvement of the company's design specifications to promote the continuous improvement of the company's design level. Market research and trend analysis Pay attention to the latest developments and trends in the interior design industry, collect and analyze market information to provide decision-making support for the development of the company. Participate in the company's marketing activities to demonstrate the company's design strength and innovation ability, and enhance the company's brand image and market competitiveness.
