We’re looking for a **Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper** who can also excel as an **Account Executive** to join our growing team! ### **Responsibilities**

#### **Administrative Support**

* Manage schedules, appointments, and team communications.
* Organize files, documents, and digital resources.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

#### **Bookkeeping**

* Track income, expenses, and budgets using accounting software.
* Generate invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
* Prepare monthly financial reports for review.

#### **Client Account Management**

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communications to meet client expectations.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

#### **Operational Assistance**

* Assist in managing subscriptions, tools, and licenses.
* Monitor and update internal systems to ensure data accuracy.

#### **Miscellaneous Tasks**

* Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
* Handle email correspondence and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

### **We’re Looking for Someone Who**

* **Experience**:
* Has **10+ years of experience** in administrative support, bookkeeping, and/or account management roles.
* **Technical Proficiency**:
* Is proficient with **QuickBooks**, **Xero**, or other accounting software.
* Familiar with **CRM platforms** like GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
* Comfortable using **Microsoft 365**, **Google Workspace**, and task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
* **Client Management Skills**:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
* Experience in a service-based or tech-driven agency environment is a plus.
* **Soft Skills**:
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* **Knowledge**:
* Familiarity with basic tax compliance and reporting is a bonus.
