Responsibilities: • Develop leads to connect with potential clients in the Burnsville, MN area. • Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills. • Maintain consistent follow-up on leads until appointments are set up with either a listing or buyer's agent. • Engage regularly with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition. • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients. • Manage customer information accurately using a CRM system for agents. • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
