Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead Project Management activities for our Channel initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth coordination and strategic execution of projects across the business. While this position is open to remote candidates, preference will be given to those located in one of our key operational areas: New Orleans, LA; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; or the surrounding Northeast region (NJ, CT, MA, RI, NH).

This position is available to remote candidates authorized to work in the U.S., residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and execute key initiatives efficiently.
Organize and lead Channel-related meetings, including creating agendas, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Identify gaps and opportunities within the Channel Program, collaborating with leadership to prioritize actions and develop communication plans.
Assist in maintaining thorough documentation for program priorities, processes, and decisions.
Support the development of program goals and systems to track and accelerate progress.
Communicate clearly and strategically to provide executive updates and assist in decision-making processes.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
10+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Logistics, or Product Management.
Previous experience in residential solar development or financing strategies is strongly preferred.
Experience with B2B2C business models.
Demonstrated success implementing Project Management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires physical abilities to perform essential functions, including talking, hearing, standing, walking, and using hands and fingers for tasks. Occasionally, the role may require sitting, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Base Salary: $92,000 - $98,000 USD
