For our office in Amsterdam (Zuidas) we are looking for a Receptionist who likes to work in an international environment in an office with approx. 200 people.  

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Answering/connecting incoming phone calls 
• Welcoming visitors and guiding them to the conference area  
• Point of contact for visitors during their stay    
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Communicate with Facilities and Security to arrange the various meeting requirements 
• Supporting various events taking place in the office  
• General administrative support to various departments  

Key competencies 

• We are looking for a service minded, enthusiastic person who has high standards regarding hospitality
• Good communication skills, flexible regarding working hours   
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international company 
• Familiar with MS Office
• Fluency in Dutch
