Your Role: Drive Growth and Impact

As a Client/Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our reach and driving the adoption of connected devices that reduce CO2 emissions and enhance grid stability. You'll lead marketing campaigns, build strong client relationships, and explore creative strategies to expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Manage utility program marketing budgets to achieve enrollment targets for specific device categories, like EVs or thermostats.
Creative Development: Oversee omnichannel marketing efforts, creating a scalable library of assets tailored to client needs and brand guidelines.
Acquisition Strategies: Launch and optimize campaigns across digital (social media, search, display), traditional (TV, print), and field marketing (events, affiliate programs).
Client Relations: Build strong partnerships with utility clients, managing expectations, timelines, and results to exceed goals.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing outcomes.
Innovation: Brainstorm and test new channels, partnerships, and strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

Your Ideal Background:

Passion for sustainability, smart technology, and reducing climate change.
Proven experience in marketing, analytics, or growth-related roles.
Strong knowledge of productivity and analytics tools (Google Workspace, SQL, Python, etc.).
Expertise in digital tracking technologies and campaign optimization.
Creative thinker with a knack for developing and testing innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Graphic design experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Video production or editing expertise.
